**Do not stay at The Deluxe Inn at 1554 The Queensway. Black bugs were found on the white pillows and white sheets of the room that I stayed in. Patel (the night manager) was informed of this and he told me that he did not have the authority to provide me with a refund. The white sheets and pillows were brought to his lobby from my room and he saw a few of the bugs crawling on the floor. Patel told me that Mr. Brar (the day manager) was the person that would provide me with a refund after the time that he arrived in the morning. I did not obtain any sleep at the room that was assigned to me and the pillows and sheets were thrown down the lower stairs by Patel. Mr. informed informed me in three different phone calls that he would not provide me with a refund. Four black bugs that I killed from the room were placed in napkins and in a plastic bag and I showed two of them to Patel. Mr. Brar was adamant about not giving a refund. DO NOT stay at The Deluxe Inn at 1554 The Queensway.
Two bite marks were found on my arm, one on my hand, two on my neck and one on my leg after the time that I took a shower at a different location that day. The bite marks became itchy and various insect and other ointments had to be placed on them for several days. Numerous people saw the bite marks within a few days of the time that they occurred. **DO NOT** stay at The Deluxe Inn at 1554 The Queensway.

Great economic prices! They quote you the price with the taxes included! Too bad more Hotels and Motels don't do the same!

Decent rooms, reasonably comfortable beds, clean and cheap.
I read the other posts and I can understand the police bust, but I've never had problems. The rooms tend to all smell a little smokey even the non-smoking ones, but it's not too bad. Never seen any bugs, and I always check when arriving at any hotel cause bed bugs don't care how expensive your room is - it can be a problem at any hotel. But like I said, I've never seen any. Use your common sense.
The rooms are pretty clean, and the fixtures and furniture are in good condition but obviously not the best in the universe. Parking is free which is also good.
Over all I gave it a 7 out of 10 since it's a good value for your money. Maybe it would be a 5 if compared to more expensive hotels. I will be staying there again.
