Our stay was exactly as expected. The hotel was adequate, well situated, close to the underground and easily accessable as one entered Toronto. It also had a parking garage under the facility which made it easy to come and go. I will stay at this Days Hotel and Conference Center the next time I visit Toronto.

This facility is VERY centrally located, easy to get to by all forms of transportation. The hotel offers everything required to make a stay as pleasant as possible, including an evening stroll in the neigbourhood. Ample in-house restaurant possibilities as well as an array of alternatives within less than a two (2) minute walk. It's absolute BEST feature, is the curteous and friendly staff. This kind of attention is usually found only in very expensive hotels.

The location is ideal

We have stayed here before and knew what to expect.The location is ideal and is the main reason we booked again. On both visits, there was no functioning thermostat control. The rooms were very warm and there was nothing we could do about it. The elevators are extremely slow. We used the stairs as much as possible. We booked through a broker. We were offered a $10 discount on our next stay after we filled in some information. Because the input boxes didn't allow me to input a Canadian postal code, I did not receive my discount.
