I would like to say that my stay at q-way was incredible. The staff was so helpful, very kind, and just a delight to have been served by them. The room was great for the price, very economical and thoroughly enjoyed, hopefully it will be around for long! Enjoyed it

Hi. I stayed at the Q-way Motel for 2 nights. I payed 59.99x2. Not bad for Niagara area. I got good no-smoking room.

I was hesitant staying here after reading all the reviews, but I do have to say that my experience was very pleasant. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean and "dirt" free. The staff was very helpful in guiding me through the city, and I found there rates to be more affordable than the nearby francises. I think other reviewers have had a bad experience and are exagerating the negative aspects, ie the dated rooms. For a single traveler in town for business, the accomodation was affordable, clean and pleasant.

A great place to stay. cheaper than the other close by hotels. clean rooms, good servise & the owners are very nice & friendly. good to stay with ur family. try it u will never regret. Asha.

Not That Bad..

I stayed at the Q way motel last easter weekend. I was given a room in an indoor section that looked out of the motel's league. Looked recently renovated, I was very pleased with the new room they gave me, also i made the effort to bargain the younger fellow there to $55. Because, i was there a couple of months before and i was given a room that wasn't the greatest of rooms also at a rate that i wasnt too happy paying $69+. Managment during the day isn't the nicest of people you will meet in your day. I would reccomend going in after 6. Overall it's a good Bang For Your Buck.

I come to St Catharines often and have been staying at the Q Way for 3-4 years now. I have found their prices to be a lot cheaper then the holiday inn and comfort inn near by, mind you their rooms are not at nice, but definitelyy not dirty or unkept in any way. When I was there, Halloween weekend the staff went out of their way to help me with my trip, and I have never had a problem with them.

This has to be the worst rating that I will ever give a place. The rooms are dirty and the staff has to be the most unfriendly people there is. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible, avoid at all costs!

This place is filthy. The dirt and dust are everywhere. It smells bad. There are drawings on walls. The "beds" are old mattresses on wooden blocks. There was a huge cigarette burn in one of the bed sheets. The furniture is very old and is falling apart. The bathroom is disgusting. Unfortunately we didn't have a choice, we drove late at night, and this was the only available place (which I'm not surprised about now). It also was very expensive for a place like that.

Run for your life....!!!

This was the most disgusting place I have ever seen! It was so filthy that I wouldn't even take off my shoes. The carpets were stained and dirty, tiles in the bathroom were falling out, the toilet seat was broken etc… When we arrived, we were given a room that wasn't even cleaned yet! There was still garbage and filth all over from someone else's stay! After being given our second room, my friends who had decided to smoke outside, were constantly harassed by the owners to go and smoke inside because we were apparently driving customers away??? Pretty girls are bad for business I guess?? We were even told that we were using too much ice from the ice machine! After being told that we had to change rooms again, we decided to ask for our money back and leave, this wasn't to be. The owners refused to refund out money, insulted us and ruined our girl’s weekend. Luckily the Days Inn across the street (which was very clean and had friendly and accommodating staff) was more than happy to give us a room, and was appalled (but not surprised) to hear about our experience. The Q-Way should be avoided at all costs, and should soon be condemned.

I have stayed one night in this motel. I went in friday. The rate was 99.99 +tax. The room smells so dusty and the curtain was broken.
