We stayed here for a baseball tournament. Our coach had reserved a block of rooms for our team. When I called to make my reservation I booked 2 double beds and a NON SMOKING room. When I got to the motel he tried to tell me that I booked a Smoking Room - I am allergic to smoke - why would I do that? Then he tried to tell me the coach told me I was to get the Smoking Room, also false. He was arrogant and very rude. It cost me $25.00 to cancel my room. The others found he was very rude when asking for extra towels, one family had him waking them up at 7:15ish to make sure they were up so they could leave early and another mom was brushing her teeth when she heard someone in her room and there he was. Even though his sign says check out time is at 11:00 am - he was in a big rush to get rid of his guests. The bathrooms are held together with duct tape and old clothing was found under a bed. For $99.00 a night we expected more.
