Comfortable and reasonably priced

The hotel was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. My only quibble is the very tight entrance to the underground parking. I drive a Chrysler Grand Caravan, and found it virtually impossible to exit without brushing the door edges.

Pool was under repairs

I booked this hotel because there was a pool to go to but the pool was under repairs. That was too bad I didn't know ahead of time because I would of booked eleswhere!

I have reserved at the Aristocrat Suite for many times and will continue to do so since I found there an excellent service, nice location close enough to downtown and still a quiet place.

At the time, June 2004, it was fine for the price and location in Ottawa. The gym was a bit outdated and in poor condition. But if you dont mind that... There really is nothing aristocratic about the hotel but is acceptable.

Quick & affordable

The website helped my girlfriend and I locate a room in Ottawa that ended up being more than what we were expecting. For a reasonable price (student standards) we got a large room in the heart of town. Without this sight I dont think we would have found it and probably would have stayed in the outskirts of the town. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was ok. Most importantly we enjoyed our stay and time in Ottawa. If you have any doubts search the net but you will see that this hotel offers everything you are looking for with a reasonable price range. You can't beat the location either. Have a good one.

Stay away from this place!

Stayed here for 3 nights in October 21 to 23 - 2004. Service was disgusting. You wait 1 hour for them to bring you up shampoo because they did not refresh your stock of 1 bottle when the maid cleans up. Took dirty towels out of kitchen , did not replace with clean, call again 45 min. wait. Night desk man always outside smoking so nobody at desk when you call down. I stayed with 15 other couples.all had same problems. maid did not make bed...list goes on and on. These are just a few things. Night desk man rude and unhelpful. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!
