Adequate, But Not Exciting

I suspect that this is a converted apartment building. The place is nothing exciting, but well located and reasonably comfortable.

We were staying all the family in that suit, 2 adults 2 children and an infant.
the main problems: the beds- were very inconvinient actually horrible especially the queen bed and the sofa.
We didn't have enough blankets and it was cold at night.
We didn't have enough soap and we had to buy some, towels were changed very selectively.
The good things- The guest service- rate 9
the kitchen and the related staff-rate9
the easy available parking -rate 9
close to the main winterlud festival -10
events.
If you improve the beds we will be glad to return next year .
