Very expensive hotel, rooms don't have that comfortable feel to them, don't tell you about all the charges until you get your bill, nice surprise there, especially the $10 a day for parking, why not include that you pay enough for the rooms, always busy with conventions. Check elsewhere.

We were very impressed with the hotel. Loved the proximity to the golf course. Loved the modern decor. It was great!

Top Local Tips for Ottawa
Save your buck If your company is paying the expense for business travels, or you enjoy golf and gym, and not a hectic area, only a peaceful secluded area, Brookstreet is for you. Otherwise, for anyone wanting a "resort" as this hotel claims it is, save your buck and go elswhere, eitherwise you'll be breaking your bank for nothing. Its a nice hotel though.
Great Thai in Nepean! Sukothai resturant serves up fabulous, incredibly fresh Thai food in a strip mall - really great food and service.
Great Bike Paths Ottawa has some amazing bike pathways that navigate all throughout the area. Can't wait to get back and ride some more!
