Professional & helpful staff. Clean throughout. Adequate furnishing. Small lobby. You need a car as the location is off the main roads and the closest subway is miles away.

Top Local Tips for North York

take the metro to the shopping mall Eaton Centre You can take a train to this large shopping centre where you can shop for days. Then come back to hotel, no need to stay downtown.

Sheppard Street There are a spate of reasonably good restaurants between the Hotel and Sheppard street 10 minutes away. These include chains such as Milestones, Baton Rouge, and the Keg. Good foodcourts at Sheppard Center and North York center, as well as a spate of inexpensive restuarants are also available. There is a 24 grocery store at Sheppard, while the Loblaws across the street from the hotel is one of the best stocked grocery stores I have ever been to. Buying alchohol can be a pain, since they have to be bought from government stores. There is an LCBO across the street from the hotel. There are also some good cheap bars in the vicinity, and a few nightclubs as well.
