stayed there on a monthly basis and when i went away for 4days came back to my room and a friend told me the owner had taken my stuff out of my room i had paid rent on put my stuff in the laundry room and rented out my room to someone else for 2days collecting money from them for my stinken room which i paid for. illegal right! i,ll never be back!!!

no wireless internet,phones didn;t work,no coffee, no ice, pool was a joke, crappy cable tv not satellite tv as advertized. full of crackheads & DRUNKS

Top Local Tips for Niagara Falls

Surfside Inn Surfside Inn is a very affordable hotel with a great location. Check them out if you want to save a bundle and afford more attractions, dining and entertainment.

NIAGARA RECREATIONAL TRAILWAY This amazing paved bike/walking path stretches along the river from Niagara on the Lake to Fort Erie. My favourite ride started across from our motel, the Surfside Inn, in the lovely little town of Chippewa, just a few minutes past Horseshoe Falls. We went west toward Fort Erie. We only had time to do about 5 km, but I'd love to go back for more! That stretch is perfectly flat except for a couple of bridges over some creeks. On one side is a constantly gorgeous view of the river, and on the other are beautiful homes and historic sites (from the battle of 1812). Don't pay for parking -- look for the many free parking sites provided along the way if you're not staying near the trail. We brought our own bikes, but there are rentals available. We also did 20 kms starting at Niagara-on-the-Lake going and going west. Short or long rides are fun, and sunrise rides are a treat! Ride to see the falls instead of taking your car!
