We thought that we were getting a deal, when we booked the jacuzzi room, with 2 breakfasts, casino buffet & $250.00 coupons, not so! The coupon book can be picked up anywhere, breakfast cost us money. The room was dirty, plaster peeling off, sheets dirty, drapes dirty & falling apart, sink backed up, shower hot & cold, couldn't regulate. No fridge, had to ask for one, and for extra towels. Construction next door from 6.30am everyday, even sat.until they finished for the day. Pool not cleaned, garbage cans full. Would not recommend this one or go back there again!

Booked our room over internet for our family and had a great 5 days at this motel. Staff took great care of us. It was the best value for being so close to the Falls and Casino. Rooms were clean and we loved the $1.99 hot breakfast special. Will definitely be recommending this place to everyone.

While the location of the motor inn was convienent, the accomodation left much to be desired for the money payed. Motels in the area are expensive and this one is not. One might find a stay here not to their likeing. Pool not ready for use even though it was July. Small spa pool attatched to the main pool not working and dirty. Service was very poor with no trash can or toilet paper at times. Not one to complain usually but this place was run down and shabby.

I was on a vacation to NF with my husband and went along with his idea of booking a weekend at this particular motel. What a HUGE HUGE HUGE mistake! The rooms were absolutely filthy, and the sheets were not completely made up and looked like they had not been washed (the smell was rancid and almost potent of perspiration). When I had lifted the sheets up to fix them, I saw pubic hair! I got my husband to complain to the manager in the office and this extremely angry old woman gave us a glare and told us that we could not get a refund as we should have checked out within a certain time period in order to get our money back. I've noticed that others have complained about this motel (not surprised) and it is a shame that this so-called 'motel' can be in operation.
I urge that if anyone visits the Falls, spend a few more dollars and book anywhere else but here.

When we first drove up we couldn't believe what this place looked like. Don't believe the web site pictures. We sat in our car for about 2 min. talking and this very angry woman came and said we either had to reserve a room or get out of the parking lot. We wouldn't stay there and canceled the room but she said we had to pay anyways. There is no cancelation policy on the websit but they charged my card without me signing anything and my bank said I did. We stayed at traveloge and it was great. We will be turning this into a complaint organization and fighting the payment. We didn't see the rooms but the green pool without water in it on memorial day weekend with the ability to heat the pool should be open just like everyone elses around there. They were not booked so they weren't turning people away because of us. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere you know. It will be well worth it. I Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I feel sorry for all of you that stayed.

A very dirty motel, but at 11 dollars per person you can't complain. If someone in your group gets lost with the key, don't worry; just slide open the window and walk on in. The room had a strong smell of vommit and urine. There was pubic hair on the beds and the sheets appear to have not been changed in the last year. The back window above the air conditioner was stuck open and would not close during the rain. We had a beautiful view from the balcony, a swimming pool with a redish green colored water and a piles of junk in it and around it. Although laying in front of our door was a pair of soiled under pants and it was just disgusting.
Although the beds might be to dirty or soiled to sleep on but for the price you cant beat it. I recommend taking 2 chairs and foot rest pushing them together, makes for a comfortble place to sleep. A great place to stay no matter what your budget is. Sike!

It smelled like throw up and dump, the ice bucket had mold and fungus growing, but there was no ice machine to be found anyways. We had a beautiful balcony view of the swimming pool piled with junk, The windows don't have latches so if someone else in your group is missing with the key dont worry just slide open the window and walk on in, I do even recall a naked man on the top balcony with huge red chunks of vommit on his chest and dude who looked Patrick Sparks, standing beside him, also on the balcony was soiled underpants, the sinks were puked in, the table was puked on, the trash can was dumped in,. I recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone, treat yourself to a great Canadian Adventure.
PS. the beds seem soiled so I'd say your best bet is to slide 2 chairs and a foot rest together for a comfortable nights rest

I went there over the Christmas holidays the room smelled like mildew sheets were dirty lifted up blanket there was a lot of hair on pillowcases. Sheets and towels were dirty and stained my door didn't even lock properly and the pillow look like pancakes. (FLAT) will never stay there again. I would not recommend this motel to anyone what a shame because it is so close to the new casino. Need desperate renovations.

We picked this place because it advertises with all the "nice" places in Niagara Falls. We wanted an outdoor pool so decided to try it. We booked it for two nights and were shocked when we saw it. The ad lies by saying its 100 steps from the casino. Too bad that wasn't the only lie. The room was horrible. It smelled like a mixture of urine and mildew. The sheets looked like they had been around since the place opened when I complained the manager said they were new sheets and they were champagne color. Well maybe new from the Salvation Army or a thrift store. We never did get in the bed. We were afraid to take our shoes off and figured we would be dirtier if we used the shower. There was not a smoke alarm in our room. We stayed one night and refused to stay the second night. It ruined our holiday and we went home. What a loss of revenue for Niagara Falls and I cant help but think this must happen often. I wrote a letter to complain so you can be assured Rod that the manager lied to you about that. I also wrote a letter to the better business bureau who said they couldn't do anything. It really upset us to hear that because all we wanted to do was save others from spending money on a rat's nest and ruining their vacations.

Not the prettiest place in or out... stained sheets and towels that look dirty, false advertising for 2 day packages, asked for wake up calls and but received them... this is a very dirty hotel to stay in, old and run down. Manager claimed to say he's had no complaints about the place. I would suggest finding another place....
