I am just writing to express my disgust for the quality at the Admiral Inn by the Falls hotel, not only was the description and pictures placed on the internet misleading, they were completely wrong. The room that we were placed in was a family room (there were 5 of us in total) was unbelievably dirty. The bed sheets had hair all over them and there were stains everywhere, the room had clearly not been cleaned in a long time and for us to be placed in such a dirty environment is unacceptable. Unfortunately for us everywhere else was booked and we had to resort to staying in that horrible room. I have already and will continue to advise others not to even consider booking a night at that "hotel" and I will also be in contact with the Health Department to investigate the conditions of the hotel. I would also just like to mention that when we complained to the front desk that the condition of our room was filthy, they advised us to clean it ourselves. Unprofessional is to say the least.
