2 or more things to be aware of... First the $35 low rate was never offered as well as the $59 jacuzzi, 1 double bed, $62, furnished with garbage dump rejects. Second,the stinking room was filled with Pine-Sol. How anything could smell so much of cleaning solvent and be so dirty I don't know,but it was so unbearable that it wasn't possible to stay in the room. Within 3 minutes, we decided that we couldn't stay there, not mentioning the greasy room carpeting that hadn't been cleaned in 30 years or more. The proprietor gets you to fill out a registration card first then takes your payment, gives the key. When you ask for a refund because the room is not suitable, he points to his photo copy, that is very faint. His policy is taped to the wall behind him. He stands in front of it blocking it from site while you sign in. I called the police and visa, I was told if he has a sign up it's legal!!!!!! He can make up his own rules, as long as it's posted in "plain view" but has no problem standing there taking money from all who cross his path. The police say that this scam goes on all night with the last room left in town. Nothing they can do since he had the policy displayed.
When in the Falls check out the room before you do anything else. Buyer beware!!!
