Worst experience of my life

The supervisor charged me for an extra person after I had asked and been guaranteed by the service agent I would not be. I was camly trying to explain when he called me a "silly little girl"(I am in my mid-twenties),screamed at me in the lobby in front of the public (to the point that another gentlemen i didn't know intervened) and charged my credit card when I advised him I was not willing to pay for this fee. It took me 3 weeks to get ahold of management who told me that my room was a mess and the clerk was mad(Although he would not know the condition of the room 30 seconds after I left it to go pay...but the room was spotless.) The second person I talked to said "He's notorious for power tripping, a nightmare to work with". His own staff lol. The hotel refused to reverse the charges or rectify the situation. I have never in my life experienced such poor management/customer service skills

Over all this 10 year hotel isn't bad if your looking for a quick fix. The rooms are small but have what you need. The walls are paper thin and if your looking for a chance to get some sleep your better off sleeping in your car! The staff for the most isn't to bad ... although some of them like heather can come across a little strong. My self and company will never again stay at such a low end hotel and how this place came across to us in the first place is still a mystery!
