Looks good on paper but you may be disappointed. This is what I experienced: - staff forgot to give me a wake up call and I almost missed an important meeting - pool is either not or very poorly heated and looks very dirty with debris you can clearly see at the bottom - Jacuzzi jets do not always work - airport shuttle does not always run when you need it - bathrooms are somewhat grimy and in need of repair - fridges and some furniture falling apart - sheets sometimes either too starchy or old and mended when they should be thrown put - cleaning staff often loud in the mornings; I heard them arguing on one occasion and then apologize when they saw me - front desk staff can be quite rude and condescending especially one staff member I shall choose to remain nameless - gift shop small and closed at strange times during the day.
