great accommodation, clean accommodations and very friendly owner and staff. I would highly recommend this motel. Great location also. I totally disagree with all negative reviews as I have stayed in different rooms here and they are fine!

This motel is what anyone should expect for the price paid :) Very good price, average motel experience. Friendly service, clean linen and towels as needed. Awesome location, next door to McDonalds, Tim Hortons, dollarama and many other restaurants, banks, etc. As with any motel, the housekeeping is minimal - the experience is very similar to that of an apartment with basic service, rather than that of a 5-star hotel. I would recommend this motel to anyone on a budget, especially if looking for something on a week-to-week basis. If you want something of more quality, spend the extra cash and find a nicer hotel :) Also, all rooms have microwave/kitchen with upgrade available to kitchenette (with stove). **No ticks! lol, but I was somewhat put off with the state of the walls, etc. I would suggest you request that they give it a nice little clean before you check into the room. Also slightly disatisfied with a few of the "repairs" in the room, but again, its what I expect for the price paid :)

We came from out of town for the night and were looking for a place to stay. We reserved a room here because it was close to the function we were attending. After arriving, we found dead ants and live ticks in the room. The bed sheets had blood stains on them and the towels in the washroom were dirty from the last occupants. When we went and spoke to the manager, he first asked us if we were renting by the hour or for the night, and then he got angry that we wanted didn't want to stay. He told us to leave, and charged our credit card anyway. I can not believe that this place is allowed to rent out rooms as filthy as that.
