Very clean and well maintained

Cons:
No shampoo, only enough towels and face cloths, no extra amenities (like hair dryer, coffee maker or tub stopper)

Pros:
Very clean and well maintained. New windows, new bathroom fixtures, new heater/air conditioner unit in the wall, new CRT television and lots of clear channels, new bar fridge. Other than traffic, the motel is very quiet and boisterous drinking youth are nowhere to be seen.

The pros far outweigh the cons here if you're looking for a place to SLEEP comfortably.

Staff were very friendly and courteous.

The rooms are exactly as pictures show on the Super 7 Motel website. Place is neat and clean. It does have free wireless internet, which is one of the reasons I stayed at the motel, but the signal was not strong enough for me to connect. Had to go to a coffee house down the street - very inconvienent. Also, the price was higher than advertised. They advertise $39 per room and it was more like $50. They also require a $10 deposit for your room key that you get back when you check out. Lastly, the motel was right on Wellington which is a busy road. Makes for easy access to downtown London, but you get a lot of noise from the street. Not what I call a quiet motel. Also, the one night I stayed there some construction workers were in from out of town and were drinking and noisy until midnight. No one from the motel ever came out and stopped them and I was too tired to call and complain. Overall, I would stay here again if I could get internet access. If not, onto somewhere else.

Horribly rude staff running a below average motel

Although the rooms are clean, don't expect even a bar of soap as an extra. We paid for their premium jacuzzi room and only received grief in return. By London standards, the location is OK, but expect to pay for it through unaccomodating and rude staff at the front desk. One final note: Don't even thing about having any guest visitors after 10pm. We had a couple visit us at our room that was met with a phone call from the front desk screaming and accusing us of "throwing a party". There is a reasonable share of good accomodations in London, unfortunately, the Super 7 Motel is definitely not one of them. I will never stay here again as long as their policy to treat customers poorly remains in effect.

Very clean rooms, one of the most competitive prices in london. Plus they had free high speed wireless internet
