Poor Service nothing like the ad on web

Booked in at 2:30 each room as per ad on the web is suppost to come with internet. We try to sign on and guess what NO INTERNET so we question them about it and they move us to another room which is suppost to be able to get it. Guess what still NO INTERNET now at 8pm finally we have internet. There is a language barrior. They are suppost to have A/C and a pool but I don't see anything like that either. Frig our 1st room didn't even have heat. The darwers didn't have handles and the TV had a hole in the top. So needless to say not a very classy place. Goes to show you can't always believe what you see on people's websites. We will know better next time!!
