Location, location, location!

We have returned here a number of times, both summer and winter. The rooms are comfortable, some with a pine-shaded porch, the hosts are very helpful, you are only 3 miles from town, and the motel stands on 11 wooded acres backing on a clean, private sandy river beach, suitable for swimming or just wading, or canoeing.
