We stayed here because it was close to the hospital and I had 2 days of tests. The first night we found the room dirty and the toilet would not flush. We left for tests and reported the conditions to the front desk came back later in the day and found a plunger sitting on the floor on the bathroom. Toilet still would not flush place was still dirty. 3am that morning there was a drunken brawl in the hallway. Called front desk but noone came to settle it. Lasted until 4am before things quieted down. Complained the next morning as well but got nowhere.

I was a guest at the Budget Inn on King Street East, in Hamilton, Ontario for one night. The room was clean and had clean towels, clean sheets and blankets. But during the night, I was awakened to a knock on the door. I didn't open the door. I asked who was at the door and he gave his name, and I told him he had the wrong room. He left. My sleep was disrupted when this man continued to knock on every door. I think he should have consulted with the management first before knocking on every door. I rated this motel a 3 because I thought the price was too high.
AWFUL

The same thing happened to me, except we had half ate food in our fridge with little things that looked like syringes.. I was disgusted.. everything was stained.. brutal!.. Everytime I tell somebody I stayed there they laugh and call it the "prostitute motel"..
Do not stay here

After I checked in and saw the room, I really wanted to leave. The floor was dirty and had a lot of stains. The bed had no blankets. I requested called the front desk for a blanket and they hang up on the phone. The next day I checked out the lobby was crowed with old escort women. I want my $90 back.

My wife and I were passing thru the city to go to my parents' house (Quebec City). It was very late at night and we were so tired. As we were shopping around for accommodations, we came across this motel. We were not disappointed. It was a convenient location and worth the price. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was very professional and attentive. The condition of the room was very much acceptable for the basic needs. The motel had minor renovations going on as it seems to be under a new management. We stayed on the second floor and it was nice & quite. We were able to see our car from the room as well. The best things we liked about this motel is the quietness of the room, the staff and above all, they even sell ready made deli sandwiches for late night eaters like us.
To my understanding, the motel is a good location and it is very convenient. If we do drive by thru the city in the future (which we do, in about 2-3 times a year), we will definitely stop at this place.
