Rooms outdated, towels not clean

Rooms were very small and outdated. Motel was not clean. Pool was freezing. Uncooked food was on counters in the sunlight.

Unsanitary Rooms.

The rooms were unsanitary and dirty the rooms are small and out of date the bathroom was gross there were holes in the wall. A very cheap lock on the door and the upkeep was very poor.

The lady who owns this motel wasn't very nice when we stayed at this motel. We ended up having to cancel our reservation and she wouldn't give us our money back, even after agreeing the day before that she would refund us. We told to OPP, but they couldn't do anything. I would not recommend staying here.
