We stayed here while visiting Goderich. The staff was very friendly. The room given us was a pleasant surprise itself - it has two double beds and a furnished kitchenette. The kitchenette even comes supplied with some condiments, coffee, and tea. One thing we noticed is the quality of water supply in the shower, it feels 'hard'. But it probably is not the motel's fault.

Overall, I highly recommend this to any value-conscious traveller. We paid $80+tax on a September, which I think is very reasonable.
