I have stayed at this Hotel many times. Nice Hotel, nice people, great location. I will not stay at this Hotel again. I had a booking and was not able to attend the Hotel as I became ill and was admitted to Hospital. I was contacted by a representative of the Hotel. When I called back I was not able to contact the women who called me, so I left a message on her voicemail explaining why I did not attend the Hotel the night of my booking. No response. I received a letter from the Hotel about two weeks later saying my Credit Card had been billed for the missed night. I understand that the Hotel has the right to do this. However, as a frequent user of this Hotel I would expect a little more consideration and understanding. I will no longer stay at this Hotel. Again, as a frequent traveler and user of this hotel I would have expected a little more understanding. I have another 20 nights booked in the area between now and December. So, I have voted with my business and am using another Hotel in the area.
