Well the room was about average, but I'd expected more. The hotel was obviously full, and their parking lot reflected this. There was NO place to park when I arrived. You'd think a hotel would have a number of parking spaces equal to their number of rooms. Well, not in this case. I ended up parking my car pressed up against their dumpsters. They held my keys and said they'd not be responsible for any damages. The only alternative they'd offer was to park on the street at a meter at my expense. Also, one of the main reasons we stayed there was because the web site I looked at said their lounge was open until 1AM. Well, it closed before midnight and it was far too cold to walk to anyplace nearby. And the room (of course) had no mini bar. Very disappointing evening.

Plain old poor service

Too much to mention - but dont even bother using the restaurant - you get the feeling that people that work here dont want you in there. Total insolence from most staff there. Front desk staff again miserable, quality of rooms very poor, equipment not working, slow chekin and checkout times. Unsecure parking, dirty hallways, non-working fitness equipment.
