I was introduced to the Lord Nelson when my daughter entered her first year of college at Saint Mary's in 2002 and since that time I have stayed there each time I go to Halifax. The location is just so convenient being within walking distance to the waterfront, bus stops, restaurants, banks and shopping. The rates most of all fit my budget. I highly recommend this hotel to all parents of college students.
