It was the second time we stayed at this Hotel and both times were great. The rooms were nice and clean and spacious, the service was excellent and the breakfast in the morning was great, a lovely selection of food and it was fresh and delicious. Will definitely stay there again, also it was close to the shopping centers without having to go into the city of Halifax.

Very disappointing

I stayed at your Halifax location last weekend and I could write a book about how disappointed I was. The size of the pool was very misleading in the ad and there was not enough room for all the kids there for the March break so my kids did not get to go in for more than 15 minutes. When I went to get the pullout down for the night the sheets were VERY obviously stained, I called down for new sheets, had to get them myself and make the bed up. The overall cleanliness was terrible from the start when we walked in to the washroom and there was already a puddle of dried urine on the toilet. I was promised a phone call from the manager that was 6 days ago.
