We were not informed that pets were not allowed. The management seems to think that several signs placed in the lobby among all the other signs is the way to keep customers informed. The website we used did not refer to the pet restriction nor did the brochure at their counter at the time of our stay. Our pet was a hamster which did not leave it's cage. There was no discussion with us just simply we will charged an additional $100.00. We will not be staying there again and as we have shown other people the brochure and told them how we were treated they may look elsewhere as well. In all fairness the room was good. We would likely have stayed the whole weekend but another company was happy to have our money and hamster. Percy Ross
