No heat in rooms...

The Owner has given a directive to his staff to keep the heat off in the rooms until you arrive. It takes hours to heat up and meanwhile you're shivering while you wait. We complained and I did send an email to the owner saying I expected to be compensated. He authorized for 20.00 to be credited to my account. Although he arrived the next morning, no apology, no response to my email and obviously he thought 20.00 would make me happy. Cheap towels, limited toiletries, all sends the message of "low budget".
