I stayed at this location in the summer of 2008 and really enjoyed the facility. There was friendly staff and a great little restaurant. I guess the ownership changed in the begining of last year (2008). I will definetely look at staying there again in the upcoming years with the kids as they are close to Parlee Beach.

Don't Trust This Place

We reserved long-distance a cute cottage with this motel, then were asked by phone to switch a few weeks later to a "house" so they could rent out all the cottages to another group. We obliged to help them out. Turns out the "house" was one quarter of a house 20 feet from the busiest road in town. It was less than ideal. When I let the management know about this, the owner just said, "You agreed to the change." Yes, based on false information. Don't go near this place unless you have seen exactly what you are getting.
