we stayed here on 2 seperate occasions,Aug & Sept room was very clean and staff very helpful... great kitchen with all the things needed... Beautiful view of the harbour...Only thing missing is a alarm/clock... Will be back next spring for a week or two...

I was there for work for a couple of weeks. Rented a housekeeping unit and was very pleased with the service and quality of the rooms. If I go back to Saint John again for work or holiday, I will definitely go back there.

visited Saint John with my mom to visit her sister in a nursing home there. We stayed at the Hillcrest Motel for one week. Our room was very nice and cozy. The kitchen was just beautiful with all the things included for our cooking, and bautiful dining table for seating. Definitely a great place to stay....

I made my reservation over the phone, and checked the room before I checked in. The room was beautiful, and very clean too. The price was very reasonable. I wanted a comfortable stay and I got more than I expected. The view from is just phenomenal. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a nice stay.

My wife and I stayed at this motel last month. We loved the place. Very nice, clean and comfortable rooms. The room had a great water view, and was very quiet. We checked around before we got the room but this place was the best. We enjoyed our stay, and hope you do too.

This hotel was not only unaccommodating as the doors were not secure and the handles lock is what they called a lock, didn't even work. The beds were not clean as there was hair on the sheets and oil from someones face. They were dirty and smelled like the hotel needed some changes due to musky and moldy smell. The owners were rude and unfriendly and certainly in no way interested in doing the Canadian right thing and that is to reimburse for the night when the night was not even used or at least a portion. They are so money hungry they actually angrily took offence to our comments and told us to leave after they received our credit card. The sheets had holes in them and the beds were so uncomfortable. DO not stay here.
