Hello my name is jason pidgeon and i got to say im inlove with this motel.
when i first visit it i was 18 and was spending the labour day long weekend in fredericton(freddy). me and two of my freinds Tj and Josh both stay in one room for two nights. The downside of the motel was the 89 dollar two night deal was only for one bed and it wasnt available even though they said i had booked it. but on the plus side it was alot cooler then the motel me and tj stayed in moncton which is the elmwood drive motel.comparing those two motels i would say this one is hands down better! alot cleaner, more modern, and freindly staff. downside was the rooms was smaller but was 10 dollars cheaper! didnt get a chance to visit the bar nor did i stay
in a cabin. i plan on returning and i recommend this motel to any teenagers looking to party or any person who wants to have a good getaway with their gf.

OVERALL REVIEW: Great party motel, best one in new brunswick and is close to the uptown area and strip club. this motel makes a little city like fredericton a hell of a place to party! thank you to the folks at the motel!

Last August was our second visit to the Nashwaak.
Our yearly trip to the east coast involves 2 weekends at the Nashwaak and driving and site seeing on route to the Cabot Trail during the week. No where else can you find nice, clean and reasonably priced rooms that are maintained by such friendly service. Having the convenience of having the Cannon's Cross restaurant right there, is an added bonus. Every meal has been fantastic and being able to enjoy their patio and the beautiful view of the St. John's river is simply glorious. The rooms aren't the "Ritz" but they are clean, have a TV, a microwave and a coffee machine, the showers work great and you can adjust your own air conditioner. Each room has outdoor chairs so that you can enjoy the view outside. Being located right on Riverside Drive, makes it very convenient to the major highways and even shopping, eg: convenience stores, liquor & beer stores.
I can't wait to go back and would highly recommend The Nashwaak.

Where can I start ? First of all when we first entered the room there was a foul smell of cigarette smoke,so my husband went and asked them if it was a smoking room and they told him no, then the toilet seat wasn't washed from the night before so I had to wash it, the sink was also clogged. Then I tried using the phone and that wasn't working very well,it wouldn't leave me use my calling card it would cut me off ,so they gave us another phone. Then came time to check out well that didn't go too good either, since we had to pay a 20.00 $ deposit for the phone when we got there, they charged us 4.00 $ for long distance calls that was made to China and Albania that we didn't make. My husband tried to explain to them that the phone wasn't working well the night before and the calls that were made, were made within NB,and were made on our calling card....PS I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND USING THIS MOTEL.....DATE OF STAY SHOULD READ JANUARY 2010
