Good spot and nice hotel

A comfortable hotel with a nice small pool, welcome for sore legs or tired eyes. Good location for strolling around town too. We did not visit during the ski season and so it was quiet in the village although full of good restaurants and bars nearby. Liked this hotel enough to forward book another hotel of the same chain further along our driving tour of BC, during May 2004. This too was of a good standard.

Small Rooms with noisy neighbour

You know what. I actually didn't have a good experience staying in that hotel last Christmas. We were with my brother's family.The rooms we had were really small and at the very corner of the first floor. Illumination of the corridor was bad. But the worst thing is that the people in the upstairs rooms were running and walking all night until after 2:00am. We couldn't sleep until then. I think the annoyance is partly due to the bad sound-proofing of the room too. Otherwise, the hotel itself is fine.
