Noisy guests not shut down!

We enjoyed our first night at the lodge but were awestruck at the lack of action taken by the staff to shut down middle of the night partiers. The fire alarms were pulled three times, doors knocked on and loud traffic through the halls really left us very tired and angry. This went on from 3:30 am to 5:30am. We did not receive any apology from the staff, instead an excuse that Saturday nights are party nights in Whistler.

Within a couple of minutes walk to the Whistler Village, this hotel has excellent facilities and superb customer service. From the front desk staff to housekeeping and the shuttle service (horray Amanda), this hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sitting in the hot tub outside surrounded by the mountains is a luxury that's hard to leave. Thank you Tantalus Staff for a wonderful visit and keep up the great work! I highly recommend this hotel.

Day care for children at the mountain If you are going with smallones try to book previously the day care center in the mountain it gets crowded!
Fantastic brunch The Wild Wood Restaurant at the Whistler Raquet Club has a varied brunch menu, the Eggs Benedict are the best I've ever had. All this is topped off by a fantastic view of the mountains.
