Great location, definitely recommend

The location is perfect for Vancouver. The room has all the amenities you could ask for. It is tightly packed, not really recommended for more than a couple in a one bedroom unit. Any time of year is good, we've stayed here at least a dozen times at different times of the year. Good secure parking and easy access.
