I picked this hotel after reading reviews about the comfy beds and great service...neither turned out to be true in my case. The beds were very firm with overstuffed pillows that were hard on the neck and back. The internet service was hit and miss. When I aired my concerns with the front desk I was ignored. Other than that, the rooms were clean and quiet. After the first night, of uncomfortable sleep and NO internet, I requested a refund of my next 2 prepaid nights so I could find a more comfortable room with internet and I was refused because I had booked online. So, my recommendation, is to not book more than one night online so you don't get stuck and disappointed. The claim of booking online is non-refundable was true and enforced. The guarantee that if you are unhappy with any part of your stay you will be refunded for that portion...is NOT.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and had no problems whatsoever!
The hotel staff was very cooperative and friendly; the location is good, quiet and safe; car parking is free and plenty; there's hotels/shops/everything right outside. Not too far away from downtown vancouver either, if u have a car...
Yeah, its no 5-star hotel! But they don't charge u that much either! :-)
I would definitely stay there next time I visit Vancouver..

Free continental breakfast or buy your own at McDonald's just across from the hotel. Public transportation just outside the door to Metrotown, Chinatown and other sightseeing areas. Twenty five minutes by taxi to the airport depending on traffic. Close to downtown stores. Large quiet room on the lower level which is good for people with arthritis or leg problem.
