Staff was well-mannered and warm. Room was much more spacious and well decorated than some of the other hotels... spend about 6 months there while travelling for work, tried different hotels, but didn't find any that matches this one. |

I spent quite some time at Vancouver and decided to try Sheraton for 3 weeks or so... worst time of my life in a hotel! Quality and the attitude of staff was very poor, bed sheets had dust mites and to top it all, they messed up my colleuge's and my billings in the most careless manner that I've ever witnessed. If you ever end up staying here, make sure to check your bill... 9/10 times there's bound to be an error! |
