If you arrive late 9 pm, and need extra anything, like towels, the night clerk won't get it for you, you have to wait until housekeeping arrives the next morning at 9 am. If more than 2 people share a room share you have to share the towels too! The dining room is very poor, if anything had tomatoes in it they were green, if they substitute an item, you're not asked first they just give it, and if they ask you what you want, they give you something else instead. If you arrive late near closing time, and they give you a menu, ask what will the cook prepare because you won't get what you want from the menu. The language barrier is poor as well. Poor food, lousy clerk service.
