this is the first time i have ever travelled for work. i stayed in this hotel because of the reasonable rate. however, when i woke up i saw a bllod stain on the bed that was not my own. the following day i broke out as a result of bed bugs or fleas and ended up in the emergency to get care for these bite. although the staff was friendly i only recieved a half hearted apology and no follow up. this does nt make up fro the severe itching or the blisters that i have endured, ecspecially so close to my wedding date. i hope the antibiodics work so these will be gone by the ime i get married.

This motel was the worst ever we have stayed in. I booked it over the internet and the cost and ammenities were grossly misrepresented. Their website quoted 79.90 for a Double bed, however our visa statement recorded a $107.17 plus another $5.18 internet hotel reservation - whatever that means? Upon checking out we were handed a receipt for $78.19 and so we thought that was the final charge,ie until we received our Visa statement. This Travellers Inn should be condenmed for its uncleaniness, its misrepresentation of rates and amenities of the place. The continential breakfast is a complete joke that we just kept on walking. I would hope that this review will help others in not being deceived by the info they feed you over their website.

I recently reserved to stay 2 nights at the Traveller's Inn in Red Deer, AB, Canada. The pictures on expedia of this place looked quite nice and the price seemed too good to pass up so I booked it, but when I got there and they showed me 2 different rooms I could stay in, I was scared to walk more than a few feet into the room. The rooms had a gross odor of food and uncleanliness and the lighting was dim. The places both look like they hadn't even been checked on in months. The front staff that I had dealt with over the phone and once I got there were both rude and didn't have a professional bone in their bodies. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE at ANYTIME.. I'd feel safer sleeping on a street bench.
