We were very unhappy to pull back the sheets and find the linens covered in short black hairs. We were told afterwards that it was a pet room, but they hadn't even cleaned the bedding. The best they could do was give a $ 10.00 discount off of a 139.00 / night room. The fabulous hotel down the streets roon rates were only 129.00 for the same room. Next time our entire stay will be with them.
