General poor service. Room reservation made well in advance for ground floor, not available on arrival. Mgmt called to fix door as it was broken and no safety chain available. Room paid by cash and telephone would not work for l.d. calls. When complaint registered, staff said it would be changed. Not done, and had to use pay phone at the mall. Never stay at that establishment again.
