The carpet smelled bad - like workboots. It made the whole room smell. Unmatched and dated furniture, bare concrete wall exposed (painted though!), garbage found under beds from previous tennants. The sink enamel was gouged with a knife or something right down to the bare rusting metal - who does that? The beds were 'ok', not the most comfortable I've been in, but I slept pretty good.
