Booked room with 2 queens and queen pull-out sofa- on arrival was told that this accommodation does not exist in their hotel so we would have to take a suite with one king, queen sofa and they would bring in a cot. This cost us another $20.00 for a total of $160. The rack rate for 2 queens was $99.00 a night. We asked for non-smoking but the room had previously been a smoking room and smelled terrible. The room was large but had only one chair. I e-mailed after the weekend to get a $40.00 refund from the reservation service but never heard from them. The buffet prime rib dinner which we booked for 14 people at the hotel was very good and waitress service was excellent.
