I was pleasantly surprised to find out how helpful the staff of the hotel was and how clean the establishment was. I thought that I received great value for what the rooms cost. I would highly recommend this hotel!
Unpleasent and disorganized

I had the most disastrous stay at this hotel and what made it go from bad to worse were the inexperience of the staff and their inability of the management to respond to my simple needs. Everybody seemed mad at somebody and left me (the customer) feeling like I inconvenienced them for staying there. The "new" general manager was too busy to speak to me on the problems. Too late ill never be back-service like this leaves a lasting impression. Also the building seemed dated and worn.

I was supposed to stay at another hotel but when i arrived they were kind enough to let me know that they were "overbooked" and it was not their problem that they did not have a room for me. I will not mention the name of that hotel nor will i ever stay there again. I Then found the West Harvest Inn and was greeted with the most polite and respectful staff that i have ever encountered. The Rooms were Very clean and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly as well. Over all the staff make this a place that i will stay at every time i am in Edmonton. I still cannot believe how Outstanding my whole experience was at this hotel. I Highly recommend this Hotel to anyone who wishes to have a great room with amazing staff and a price that was better than what i was used to paying.
