I had a great stay at this Hotel; it was so close to the mall, plus many other stores and restaurants. My room was very comfortable and the steam shower was GREAT. The service and the staff was ok, they could improve by being a little more outgoing.

My family booked at the HIE in West Edmonton for a May long weekend wedding. Upon arrival-they lost our reservations and we were treated to the most abysmal service-EVER. We were basically called liars, offered NO options and told if we had to stay somewhere else, that was fine. Front office manager was particularly rude and unaccommodating. Last time for any of my family at HIE!
