Outstanding service from the people who run the admitting desk to those who maintain the rooms. I say this because of the way the staff went far beyond their duty in resolving a complex booking arrangement. Outstanding quality in room decor and bed selection. Everything is at your fingertips, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable and inviting. Outstanding experience because of the way staff treats you, the relaxing atmosphere of your surroundings, the location and the comfort. When you are on the road, you want this type of experience to make your trip more enjoyable. From my experience, there was not one thing that was left undone from check in to check out. Well done!!!
