We've been staying at the Centre Suite Hotel for our ""in-city"" vacations since it first opened, and the level and quality of service has never wavered. From the parking attendants to the room service waiters, I have never had a reason for complaint. Unfortunately, the last time we stayed at the hotel, the outside temperature hovered in the mid-thirties Celsius and it felt like the air conditioning system was being overworked, as our suite never did cool down below about 25 degrees. A small thing, but very noticable when surrounded by the excellence of the rest of the stay. It will certainly not keep us from revisiting the hotel. One final note - the room service food and service is outstanding.
