Bed Bugs

My husband and I stayed in Drumheller Inn for one night in July 2007. We woke early the next morning (luckily) to find the bed sheets, pillows and quilt cover covered in streaks of blood and about a dozen fat blood-filled bed bugs on the bed. A week later I had to seek medical advice because of an allergic reaction to the numerous bites on my arms and shoulders. The doctor said that he had never seen anything like it. The worst part was when we reported it when we checked out, the lady didn't seem surprised and we still had to pay full price! It spoilt our whole holiday. Don't stay at Drumheller Inn!

The rooms were clean, the staff was helpful, and the location was great. On top of that the price was excellent compared to the chain hotels in the area. We had a great time in Drumheller and if we're in the area again we would stay at the Drumheller Inn again.

Nice, clean, comfortable

Good, clean room. Restaurant was good, we arrived later in the evening, they stayed open for us. There was a wedding happening, so service was a bit slower, but, understandable with the huge crowd of the wedding. Great food -good service - definately would return!
