Dirty rooms, rude staff and management

This is probably the worst hotel experience I've had in my life. I asked for a quite room so I could sleep in late. I got a wake-up call at 6am. When I politely complained about this, the hotel manager, Lee Novak, called me abusive. The carpets in the room were dirty and the bathtub had mould growing in it. So for about $230.00 plus tax, I was treated to a dirty room , no sleep, and a rude and arrogant hotel manager.
