Booking disaster!

We booked using website in advance but although we had paper confirmation the hotel had no record of this! - this was during the Stampede, so few suitable rooms available. We got a smokers double room for 3 of us but the staff were more than helpful and made up a bed for our son on the floor. Building a bit tacky, staff great.

Number one attractive feature is the shuttle bus service between motel and airport. Personel were efficient and polite. Rooms quiet and clean. Rates are competitive.
