No bath towels - slivers in sheets - cold

Room was very cold - There were no heat controls - Bathroom floor was icy cold. Weak water flow in shower. No bath towels at all! Sharp wooden slivers in the sheets Insufficient hangers Irritating wiring problems Inadequate safety bars in shower in handicapped room!

The room we booked was a room with a kitchen. We were a little disappointed in the condition of the pans and we did not have a kettle. That would have been ok if we could have boiled water in the pans to make tea! Otherwise ok.

Top Local Tips for Calgary
Close to LRT The Super 8 in Motel Village is close to LRT and this makes it great to get around this congested city.
C train is close if you are looking for somwhere to stay, close to downtown, i sujest the motel village although there is a horrible super 8, there are some nice ones like Hamptons INN, Best western e.t.c, Just do not go to super 8. the C-train is right there, and a taxi to down town is about 10min.. but there are no vies in this part of town.
