Not What We Expected

Our room was upstairs and not as we had expected from a Ramada Inn. No Elevators and the decor was not as we were accustomed to. We had stayed the night before at a Hampton Suites in Toronto and this was a letdown.
This was probably the worst we stayed at on our whole trip to BC and Vancouver Island from Calgary.

I found our stay at the hotel terrible! No Heat. No Quiet!Everything was sticky the TV remote phone had been sprayed with coke or beer and not cleaned previously!. I complained to the management expecting to get some form of reimbursment for my experience in this unhealthy environment unfortunately I did not even get acknowledged at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
